Some reasons that could be why the data was different per group was because their wells could’ve been contaminated, or different observations or errors. Some teams may not have washed their well plate well leaving chemicals behind, which could have contaminated the substance and created a false result. Another reason it could have been contaminated was if they used tap water instead of distilled water to clean the well plate. Also, there could have been group errors while doing the experiment; they could have mixed a substance accidentally. Also, some of the substances were difficult to observe and could’ve caused judgment errors.
